Registration and Booking
Lessons are booked in 1 hour time slots, usually once a week for the whole term. There is a maximum ratio of two students to each tutor but all NCEA students work one on one with their tutor.
A registration form should be completed before the first session.
Invoices and Payment
We invoice for the same time period as a school term. The invoice will be emailed after the first lesson. Payment for the whole term is due within 14 days from the invoice date unless regular automatic payments are made. Automatic payments must be paid in full by the end of that term. Failure to pay an invoice will result in debt collection proceedings at your expense.
Please inform us of any absences before the booked session. We can then organise a time for a catch up lesson or credit your account for the missed lesson. There are no credits or catch up sessions for missed lessons if we are not informed at least 3 hours in advance of the booked time. Credits for missed sessions are usually redeemed on the following term's invoice but are valid for 12 months.

Health and Safety
MathZ Hamilton will comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and all other relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice. Our Health and Safety Manual is reviewed annually.
Police Check
Every MathZ tutor will have a current Police Check in accordance with the Vulnerable Children’s Act 2014.
Privacy Statement
MathZ Hamilton will treat the personal information of all students as strictly confidential and it will not be shared with any third party unless authorised by the user or if requested officially by law enforcement agencies.
