Terms and Conditions
Lessons are booked in 1 hour time slots, usually once a week for the whole term. There is a maximum ratio of two students to each tutor but all NCEA students work one on one with their tutor. A registration form should be completed before the first session.
Please inform us of any absences before the booked session. We can then organise a time for a catch up lesson or credit your account for the missed lesson. There are no credits or catch up sessions for missed lessons if we are not informed at least 2 hours in advance of the booked time.Credits for missed sessions are usually redeemed on the following term's invoice but are valid for 12 months.
We invoice for the same time period as a school term. The invoice will be emailed after the first lesson. Payment for the whole term is due within 14 days from the invoice date unless regular automatic payments are made. Automatic payments must be paid in full by the end of that term. Failure to pay an invoice will result in debt collection proceedings at your expense.
